Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement the Completions Plan for the project
– Performs coordination of completion activities between Quality, Construction, Commissioning and Client personnel as necessary and monitor the field activities in an orderly manner according to commissioning priorities
– Make sure all Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Completion Check Sheets are completed and signed off in the Project’s selected Completions Management System
– Makes sure all punch items and preservation activities are completed and signed off in the Project’s selected Completions Management System
– Co-ordinate the preparation and upkeep of the Master Punch Lists and Exception Lists for each package
– Compilation of system packages electronically or hard copied in accordance with contractual obligations
– Set up and population of progress reports for issue to defined distribution
– Interface with the Sub-contractors on site for all completion activities
– Review interfaces with Vendors and Third Parties
– Assist the Quality group in compiling project final handover documentation for submission to Client
